National Electoral Council initiated deployment of electoral technological material for the December 10 elections PDF Print E-mail

The National Electoral Council (CNE) began Monday the deployment of all the electoral technology material to be used in the municipal elections and to choose the governor of Zulia state, to be held on December 10.

The distribution of these materials covers the entire national territory, to supply the 32,775 voting tables enabled for these elections. The installation of the polling stations is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. this Friday, December 8. The deployment of the contingency teams will end on Saturday 9, the CNE reports in a press release.

The teams will be in the 14,384 voting centers authorized for this election in which 19,740,914 Venezuelans can exercise their right to vote.

According to the schedule established by the Electoral Power, the process for accreditation of electoral witnesses of the participating candidates will end on Saturday, while the electoral campaign will close at midnight on Thursday, December 7.
