The Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, announced that he will deliver the one million home on Wednesday of the social mission Great Mission Housing Venezuela to fulfill the goal of housing construction by 2015.

“This is one of the greatest successes of 2015. While the right-wing sector plan to privatize the Great Housing Mission process we continue delivering houses to the Venezuelan families,” said the president in his weekly TV program n°52 En contacto con Maduro.

He assured that he will continue in his battle “to defend the people’s right, especially those that protect the people’s right for a decent house.”

He urged to the media’s owners to investigate about the houses built by right-wing governors during the IV Republic.

At the beginning of 2015, the government had delivered the house number 600,000. From January to April 2015, a total of 700,000 houses were delivered.

Seven months later, on November 13th, Maduro delivered houses n°800,000 in Zulia state.

On December 4th, Maduro delivered house number 900,000 in Ciudad Guayana and on December 18th the houses number 900,000 was delivered on Carabobo state.
